My last solo recording in 2003 was a tribute to my late brother Ed who had a tremendous influence in my life. in 2016 Broken Hip Records released my Christmas Gift cd. I have been thinking about the idea of creating a continuous track of melodic ideas that weave from one to another . some ideas are heard only once. Others are repeated in order to bring continuity to the entire piece. Much of this piece was improvised between the ideas themselves.

I sometimes refer to my playing as "noodling" as I prefer not to create specific songs, but rather a thought process.

I hope to continue this idea with a follow up Melodiscape II in the near future. Thanks very much for listening!!
