This song was engineered and produced by Vaughan Mason. Vaughan is best known for his soul and disco hits in the 1980s ("Roller Skate") with the label Brunswick Records. The vocalist on this cut is Joe Keyes aka 'Joe Keys "The Late Bloomer" '. Mr. Keys has a long standing friendship with Angelo Moore of Fishbone and from time to time can be found sharing the stage with Fishbone as a special guest. The band on this recording is rounded out with Ronnie "Guitar" Edwards on guitar and bass, Walter Tate on saxes, Ezell Jones on drums, and Steven Cecil on keyboards. Ronnie has played in the past with Reggae Legend Junior Marvin. Steven, Ezell and Walter have all spent time playing behind the blues artist Bobby Parker.
