Welcome! Music genres include - world, electronic, chill, ethno-ambient, dance, new wave, neo classical, synth-pop, reggae and rock. Video themes tend towards surreal, colourful, textural, humorous, spiritual , political, nature & people . I grew up in Melbourne Australia playing violin from age 7 to 19, including a year as leader of the Victorian Junior Symphony Orchestra and violinist in the Australian Youth Orchestra. Then came a paradigm shift to improvisation, performing & composing on guitar, keyboards & sitar, creating songs, instrumentals & lyrics and also acting, writing & codirecting in live theatre groups. In the early 1980's a stint in an original band was followed by a move to Sydney for 10 years and then to near Byron Bay continuing to combine a love for forest/bush regeneration with music & video, painting & local politics. I have composed and produced six original music albums as well as soundtracks for documentaries, feature films, television & multimedia. Thanks to those radio listeners who have described the music as “cool and clear, intertwining musical textures and rhythms, quirky and inventive , warm and inviting, exciting and intriguing”.
